Due to being a remote site in West Africa, having the access to expertise in the heating/combustion discipline is difficult to access.
We contacted Heat Systems in order to firstly remove our combustion assets from operating whilst they were in a failed state and secondly, to assist us in revising our ongoing maintenance strategy. Sean and his team provided expertise and guidance in diagnosing our large burner issues and ensuring that the equipment is now available on demand. Additional to that, their engineering team has proposed technology to replace the current configurations with the goal of ensuring shorter and more simplistic troubleshooting routes.
The service that we receive is second to none, always stretching outside of their scope of works to assist with our needs. Whether it is breakdown response calls or engineering solutions for our Elution Heaters or Rotary Kiln, Heat Systems has assisted us to be more productive, with less downtime and this obviously leads to a better bottom line.
